Zuma was established in Mancos in 2003, it has gone through several evolutions and owners in that time. Zuma was purchased by Kate in 2017, and former co-workers Gina and Val moved to Mancos to help Katy execute her vision of getting the best natural foods available to members of the Mancos Valley community.
Gina and Patricia, with other members of our dedicated Zuma team, hold down the kitchen-kicking out amazing salads, sandwich, and soups daily. We also produce an array of amazing gluten free baked goods and quiches! Anything we make in house is gluten free.
In addition to our deli foods, we are especially proud of our beautiful produce department- filled with only organic and/or local produce. We are grateful to live in a valley filled with dedicated farmers and we at Zuma are committed to purchasing the fruits (and vegetables) of their labors whenever possible.
While our grocery store is small you will find a great selection of organic, local, grain-free, and vegan options to meet unique dietary needs. Check out our promotional flyer for great deals on your favorite brands, and while doing your shopping keep an eye out for items and companies that are mission driven and represent diversity in the market.
